Festiv helps you discover venues and things to do. The information is provided for general guidance only. Hours, prices, menus, halal status, availability and other details can change without notice; confirm anything important with the venue before you rely on it. We do not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or current, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of it.

Ratings and review counts are sourced from third parties (principally Google reviews) and reflect those users’ opinions, not ours. Press mentions and awards are reported as published by their sources. Links to reservation and delivery partners, venue websites and social profiles lead to services we do not control and that have their own terms.

You may use the website and the assistant tools for personal and ordinary business discovery. You may not:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-copy venue data from the website or the tools beyond the documented tools and their rate limits;
• resell, republish or redistribute the data as a dataset or a competing directory;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, caching or access controls, or to disrupt the service;
• present Festiv data in a way that misrepresents its source or implies our endorsement.

Search engines and AI assistants may read public pages and call the documented tools within the published limits. Owners of venues may embed the “Featured on Festiv” badge on their own sites as provided.

Festiv, Festiv AI, the Festiv mark and the “Featured on Festiv” badge are trademarks of Festiv AI. Venue names, partner names and other marks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, the tools or any part of them at any time, and may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
