Privacy Policy

• Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records each request with the IP address, user agent, requested page, referrer and time. We use these logs to keep the site running, to detect abuse and to count visits from search engines and AI assistants. Logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
• Cookieless analytics. We measure page views and a few product events without cookies or cross-site identifiers. Analytics does not build a profile of you across other websites.
• Business accounts. If you claim or manage a venue, we hold the account details you give us (name, email, phone) and the venue information you submit. That account data is governed by the terms you accept when you sign up and is not shared through the assistant tools.

When an AI assistant calls the Festiv MCP server on your behalf, the server receives only:

• the words the assistant sends as tool inputs (for example a search phrase, an area name, a cuisine or a venue name);
• the assistant's name, taken from the request's user agent (for example Claude or ChatGPT);
• timing and status of the request (when it was made, how long it took, whether it succeeded).

We keep this for 30 days for reliability and abuse prevention, then delete it. We do not receive your conversation history, your account with the assistant provider, or any data the assistant holds about you. The tools are read-only and require no login, so no Festiv account is ever linked to a tool call.

The venue information we publish and serve is compiled from Google Business data under Google’s terms (including ratings and review counts), information provided by verified venue owners, and published press and award listings. Ratings shown are third-party ratings, not ours. Halal is shown only where a venue holds a certification.

Venue pages and tool responses can include links to reservation and delivery partners and to a venue’s own website or social profiles. Those services have their own privacy policies; we do not control what they collect once you leave festivai.ai.

Festiv is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

You can browse the website and use the assistant tools without creating an account. To ask what we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise any privacy question, email support@festivai.ai.

We may update this policy as the website and the assistant tools evolve. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also the terms of use.
